Meet the Chef: Executive Chef Eric Janssen - Jose Muldoon’s

Executive Chef, Eric Janssen, started his culinary career in his hometown Rockford, Illinois in 1995. As he learned the kitchen he moved quickley from grill cook to lead chef in 3 years. After taking a Kitchen Manager position with a national restaurant group, he accepted the career opportunity to move to Colorado Springs in 2003. In a 10 year span Eric opened 15 corporate restaurants throughout the United States. Since 2013 he has found his home as Executive Chef with the multiple Jose Muldoon’s locations. Chef Eric enjoys using fresh bold flavors in his modern take on classic dishes
