Meet the Chef: Executive Chef Tom Carroll - Biaggi’s Ristorante Italiano

Tom Carroll started in Biaggi’s first restaurant in Bloomington, Illinois (July 2001) as a grill cook and became an Executive Chef Partner by March of 2005 for Colorado Springs.  He has worked every position in kitchens and cooked his way through high school and college. He always loved the fast pace of restaurant life and combining his business, teaching, communication and years of experience in food it seemed only logical to became an executive chef.   He has won multiple awards over the years including several chef partner of the quarter.
