The U.S. Olympic Complex
The U.S. Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs is home to athletes preparing for the Olympic or Paralympic Games. Sitting on 35 acres just east of downtown Colorado Springs, the Olympic Training Center supports multiple resident programs and a variety of special training camps and competitions.
The Olympic Training Center sees over 10,000 athletes and over 100,000 visitors each year. Public tours are available year round, 7 days a week. The tour starts with a 15 minute inspirational video and is followed by a 45 minute walking tour of the various training venues to include wrestling, gymnastics, shooting, and the aquatics center.
Guests can pick up a souvenir at the Team Shop and explore the Visitors Center featuring videos and photos of epic Olympic and Paralympic moments.
Colorado Springs is also home to 20+ National Governing Bodies for Olympic and Paralympic Sports, World Figure Skating Museum & Hall of Fame and the future home of the U.S. Olympic Museum, scheduled for completion in 2018. When visiting Colorado Springs, you’ll know you’re in Olympic City USA.
