Art & Facts of Business in Colorado Springs Exhibit

About

Notable features of the exhibit include artifacts from instantly recognizable businesses such as Hibbards, Lorigs and Coutures through our contemporary businesses such as Fat Bikes, GE Johnson and Elope. Historic photographs from the museum’s collection and the stunning work of local photographer Kate Doerksen’s Behind the Counter project will create opportunities to compare the past with the present. The exhibit will ask questions about how visual culture influences identity in the present. How will it be shaped in the future? What authentically local brands and companies work today to shape our identity and memory? Tues. - Sat. 10 am. - 5 pm. Admission to the Museum is FREE
